We are seeking a Head of mobile to join our Tech team.
At Yuno we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payment’s ecosystem. Allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments in an easy way, accessing a variety of payment services with just one integration and enabling end users to pay in an easy and secure way.

🟣 What would be my challenge in Yuno?

• Senior-level (8+ years) hands-on technical expert with proven experience architecting, developing, and delivering IOS and Android applications using
• Expert knowledge in creating cross-platform applications using common platform and/or common code techniques.
• Detailed understanding of app creation utilizing highly configurable graphical architectures through MVVM and associated models
• Strong experience with IOS Mobile Application development environment
• Strong experienceAndroid Mobile Application development environment
• Must have successfully launched multiple apps on iOS App Store or deployed
• Enterprise Apps to an organization
•  Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills

🟣 What do I need?

• At least 7-10 years of experience in mobile application development, with a specific focus on Android and iOS platforms.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in leadership or management roles in mobile development teams, preferably in the fintech or financial technology industry.
• Deep knowledge of Swift and Kotlin programming languages, as well as technologies and frameworks associated with iOS and Android platforms, respectively.
• Experience in developing native and hybrid mobile applications, as well as designing scalable and robust architectures for mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with best practices in mobile security and compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate mobile development teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing talent in mobile development teams, as well as defining and tracking goals and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple mobile projects and products simultaneously, from conception to delivery, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in collaborating with design, product, QA, and other stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and mobile development roadmaps.
