We are looking for a senior relationship manager to join our Account management team. As a Relationship manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This role involves strategic account management, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Also, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, implement solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the payments startup.

At Yuno we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payment’s ecosystem. Allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments in an easy way, accessing a variety of payment services with just one integration and enabling end users to pay in an easy and secure way.

🟣 What would be my challenge at Yuno?

Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and goals.Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring prompt and effective communication.

Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Revenue Generation:Drive revenue growth by upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.

Product Knowledge:Stay updated on the latest developments in the payments industry, understanding the startup's products and services thoroughly.
Provide clients with insights on industry trends and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client needs and resolve issues.

Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with the startup's goals and objectives.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all client contracts.

Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and measure client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and proactively.
Gather feedback from clients to enhance products and services.

Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on key account metrics, performance, and growth opportunities.
Utilize data analytics to identify patterns and trends that can inform strategic decisions.

🟣 What skills do I need?

● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
● 4+ years as of proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the payments industry.
● Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
● Results-driven and goal-oriented.
● English is a must
