We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Sales team . As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving sales success by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will work closely with the sales team, engaging with potential clients to understand their requirements, and demonstrating how our payment solutions can address their specific needs. By leveraging your technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, you will effectively present our products and services, build strong relationships, and win new business opportunities.

At Yuno we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payment’s ecosystem. Allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments in an easy way, accessing a variety of payment services with just one integration and enabling end users to pay in an easy and secure way.

🟣 What would be my challenge at Yuno?

●Collaborate with the sales team to understand and collect customer requirements and identify opportunities for our payment solutions.
●Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of our payment products.
●Provide technical guidance and expertise during sales meetings, addressing any technical concerns or questions raised by potential customers.
●Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and custom demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs.
●Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and engineering, to gather insights and feedback from customers, improve our product and relay valuable market information.
●Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to effectively position our payment solutions.
●Support the sales team in creating and maintaining sales collateral, including product documentation, case studies, and technical whitepapers.
●Answering effective RFPs, Security Questionnaires and other technical requirements from the potential client.

🟣 What skills do I need?

●Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
●Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the payments industry.
●Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex payment systems, architecture, APIs, and integration processes.
●Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
●Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
●Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
●Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.
●Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
