What will you do - Ad Sales :
- Acquiring and maintaining business relationships with brands and agencies
- Coaching/mentoring junior sellers who are newer to the industry
- Understanding client requirements and working on right solutions
- Contributing to the development of company growth strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards acquiring the same
- Maintain relationships and upsell existing accounts
- Understand client requirements and work on the right solution with support from various teams
- Resolve client issues with best solution, keeping the relationship healthy
- Monitor and report key success metrics of self
What are we looking for :
- 5+ years of experience in an agency environment
- Strong analytical thinker to spot trends/insights and use it to build business and support team
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start up environment
- Driven, passionate, energetic and an ultimate team leader
