Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified™) is seeking an enthusiastic Associate - Media Buying to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.
What will you do as an Associate - Media Buying :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to identify high-performing opportunities.
- Plan, create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various formats (search, display, shopping, video), as well as Meta Ads and native ads.
- Optimize bid strategies, ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve click-through rates and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance closely and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Effectively allocate budgets across campaigns and channels, track spending, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Conduct performance analysis using Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools, measuring key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and CPA.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and native advertising.
- Attend relevant industry webinars, training, or conferences to continually upgrade skills.
What are we looking for :
- 2–3 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (including search, display, shopping, and video formats) and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads platform and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other campaign performance tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization is a plus.
