We’re looking for an Associate - Demand Operations (Programmatic Partnership Manager) who will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with demand and supply partners across the programmatic ecosystem. The role involves driving revenue growth through DSP/SSP integrations, optimizing performance across video, display, and app inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with demand and supply partners to drive long-term growth.
- Oversee DSP and SSP integrations, ensuring smooth setup and execution.
- Optimize programmatic performance across video, display, and app inventory to achieve revenue and efficiency goals.
- Monitor industry trends, ensuring compliance with brand safety, ad fraud prevention, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, analytics) to maximize yield and partner satisfaction.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify opportunities, and implement strategic recommendations for scaling partnerships.
- Negotiate terms with partners to maximize value and profitability.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership performance and revenue contribution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in demand/supply partnerships or operations.
- Strong understanding of DSP/SSP integrations and the programmatic ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize performance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and familiarity with programmatic tools/platforms is a plus.
