Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified™) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition - Associate to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.
What will you do:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment life-cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiations, and offer generation to smooth onboarding of the best talent for the organization within set timelines
- Screening and sourcing of the candidates through job portals
- Regular communication and coordination with the candidates throughout the process
- Creating and providing recruitment reports/dashboards to team managers and leaders
- Provide offer letter and do reference and background checks of the candidates
- Maintain good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants by documenting the process
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
What are we looking for :
- 0-6monthsof relevant experience in similar domain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate at various levels in the organization with strong stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in a high growth environment
