We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to work on a project in the fitness industry.

You will be part of a distributed team developing new technologies to solve real business problems. Our client mission is to revolutionize the fitness industry with digital solutions in over 60 countries. And the team is building a platform that saves time, increases retention, and ultimately, helps studio and gym owners become more successful.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills, ideally with experience making decisions and collaborating with several stakeholders, being proactive, and with good attention to detail.
What you will do:
- Work with an energized, fun, friendly, and customer-focused data team.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Proficiently use SQL for querying, data manipulation, and data modeling.
- Implement Python for API creation, integration and data modeling tasks.
- Apply engineering skills with a focus on data modeling, pipeline design, and infrastructure.
- Integrate data from internal and third-party sources.
- Work with BI tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) for creating reports and dashboards.
- Provide analytical reports to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
What you will bring:
- Genuine passion for technology and solving problems with new tools and
techniques.
- Have a good understanding of database design, data modeling, and data
warehouse principles.
-Good experience using PowerBI and DAX to create reports from scratch.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Structured thinking with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and
propose robust data modeling designs.
- Experience collaborating with different stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with one of the major cloud data warehouses (GCloud,
Azure, AWS preferable, BigQuery, Snowflake).
Nice to have:
- Experience with Data build tool (dbt).
- Experience in Apache Airflow.
- Knowledge of Redshift.
