We are looking for a Senior Software Architect to work on different projects through our High-Level Consultancy services.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience making decisions, being proactive, used to building software from scratch, and with good attention to detail.
What you will do:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native software applications.
- Play a pivotal role in architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, ensuring the right tools & frameworks are being used in the right place at the right time.
- Guide, mentor, and upskill engineering teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Analyze software solutions from our customers and provide advice on how to improve them by using adapted speech to each relevant stakeholder (C-Level, Other Architects, tech teams...)
- Embrace & encourage R&D initiatives, and emerging technologies and keep abreast of new frameworks, tools, and programming languages.
- Add value in all stages of project/support work from definition, development, and deployment.
What you will bring:
- A minimum of 7 years experience in Cloud & multi-tier application design & development.
- Deep understanding of architectural design patterns, including enterprise integration patterns, and how to apply them to cloud-based deployments for optimal scalability and performance.
- Expertise in designing software solutions leveraging asynchronous messaging patterns, ensuring decoupled, scalable, and resilient systems.
- Extensive experience in development using languages like Java, Python, GO, etc.
- Experience in testing frameworks (e.g. Pytest, Cypress, etc) for e2e and Functional testing.
- Experience in containers and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience managing data with SQL, No-SQL, Data Warehousing, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in Lean, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
Nice to have:
- Experience in front-end development (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- When required must be able to work under pressure and successfully manage a very diverse and sometimes demanding workload combined with an ability to work autonomously.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work well and adapt in a fast-moving agile environment.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
- Must have strong verbal, written, and organizational skills and strong customer focus.
