Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Reports To: Operations Manager
Functional Job Duties
- Oversee day to day facility maintenance for two Broken Arrow sites including all manufacturing, office and grounds related functions.
- Maintains staffing requirements by selecting, orienting, training and developing personal growth opportunities.
- Delegate and/or perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain various types of production machines and facility equipment.
- Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
- Implement continuous improvement and techniques to achieve gains in productivity, delivery, employee ownership, performance, safety and quality.
- Accountable for the entire department’s adherence to all policies, procedures and financial budget.
- Ability to manage projects and act quickly to resolve urgent issues.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs that require experience including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
- Duties will require frequent activity with 480/277/208 3 phase electrical systems.
- Coordinate and perform duties in a manner that controls downtime, and communicates openly with affected department leadership on progress, costs, etc.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
- At least 3 years of prior facility maintenance experience; strong electrical/industrial skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in an organized, detailed manner, given limited time frames
- Experience and knowledge of facility MEP systems
- Hands-on, team oriented, honest, loyal leader committed to business improvement processes and individual team member success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience working in a team-based environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Welding machine repair experience a plus
- HVAC experience a plus

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to go up and down stairs. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to do unaccompanied travel. Must be able to tolerate shop environment and exposures associated with welding and industrial equipment and apply appropriate safety equipment when required. Must be able to work overtime as required. Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in company duties.
