- College degree or above （science and engineering）
- More than 3 years' experience as a document-controller, quality report management, etc., responsible for manufacture data reports in the factory is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, PDF.
- Good English read/written capability.
Responsibility
- Responsible for the document collection, registration, identification, issuance, preservation, recovery and retention of Boiler system management system documents and related procedures and norms, and registration, preservation and issuance of laws, regulations and policy documents related to quality;
- Responsible for issue quality forms to related workshop teams and recovering records.
- Collect all kinds of quality certification documents and sort out the list of materials.
- Fill in the relevant inspection report according to the relevant records of the inspector.
- Management of original test records, test reports, technical reports and other technical data files, responsible for the sorting and archiving of technical data;
- Follow project requirements, sort out various reports and summarize and form project completion data.
- Lead interns to fill in relevant forms and record, print and scan the materials and organize them into books. Collect all kinds of photos, video records and saved in shared folder.
¥130,000 - ¥180,000 a year
