Job Description
IT Support and Asset Management
-Inspecting and maintaining PCs
-HelpDesk Ticketing using Dell KACE System
-Managing inventory of IT equipment and assets
-Managing office assets and supplies
-Handling contracts and general administrative tasks

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree
-Proficiency in English
-Ability to set up and configure assembled PCs, operating systems, and internal wireless networks
-Strong sense of responsibility, with a meticulous and sincere approach to work
-Confident and proactive communicator, unafraid of engaging in clear and open communication
