Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintaining the agenda of Executives and assisting them in planning conferences, appointments, and meetings.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes.
- Receiving, screening, and redirecting phone calls.
- Conducting research and preparing reports or presentations as assigned by MD
- Conducting research and preparing reports or presentations as assigned by MD
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements for MD
- Prepare appropriate files, folder, information, and relevant documents for each meeting
- Create a long term schedule for the MD.
- Creating memos, reports and agendas as needed.
- Communicate between the leaders and MD.
Qualifications,
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 5 to 8 Years of Experience.
- Job Specifications:
- Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of facilities administration.
