Zefir’s Marketing team is made up of 7 talented profiles (including 1 empty seat - maybe yours? 😊) covering various areas of expertise across growth & brand.

Working directly with Zefir's experimented Lead Growth, your mission will be to take full ownership over all our performance marketing channels in order to keep building our fast & healthy growth trajectory.

We are looking for a teammate eager to be an early key player in an ambitious venture, willing to collaborate with a wide range of teams (analytics, brand, product, design, sales etc), and who's not afraid of owning high impact responsibilities in the development pace of the company.

Missions & Responsibilities πŸ™Œ

    • Build our performance marketing strategy, define a healthy marketing mix & lead its execution
    • Drive from A to Z our paid acquisition channels, with the precious support of our brand & design experts
    • Maximize lead quality to maintain a healthy balance between volumes & CAC
    • Identify new growth drivers (free or paid, online or offline): test, fail, learn & iterate fast, with data & customer experience as your primary drivers
    • Own & optimize top of funnel conversion 
    • Define a rock-solid & agile growth tracking plan & related analytics needs, with the support of a dedicated data analyst
    • Collaborate hand in hand with our best-in-class Brand team to build & grow together the most loved B2C real estate brand

Preferred Experience βœ…

    • Successful previous experience in paid acquisition (>5y) - at least with the Facebook & Google ecosystems, managing significant budgets (e.g. >€20k/month)
    • Analytical and 200% data-driven - almost nerdy πŸ€“, used to manipulated classic growth monitoring tools (eg GA, Google tag manager, data viz tools such as Data Studio or Looker, etc)
    • Very familiar with tracking & attribution concepts and recent trends
    • Willing to get your hands dirty : we don’t rely on agencies but prefer to we keep everything in-house and do it our way
    • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated track record of taking an ambitious target to reality
    • Results-oriented : willing to go through the door or the window to move the needle
    • Eager to test, take chances, adapt & grow, personally and professionally
    • Humble & team player : collective success comes first
    • Fluent English and French (we work in English)
    • Bonus : Experience in SEO
    • Bonus: Experience in data analytics, growth engineering or product management
