Our next Product Manager 📣
Zefir product team is looking for a visionary Product Manager who will guide new product ideas from an initial concept to a full-blown product launch on the entire scope of our reselling activity. Someone who wants to be an early key player in an ambitious venture and can collaborate with a wide range of teams and expertise, including world-class engineers and product designers.
You will be part of a high-impact team, building our entire reselling experience. Success in this scope will mean making a robust customer platform widely adopted by people looking to purchase real estate. This role also involves efficiently creating the best internal and partner tools to manage the entire resale value chain.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to join a fast-growing startup looking to develop great products and expand the realm of possibilities for millions of European homeowners. We’ve served hundreds of customers who have come to Zefir to make their moves easier.
Missions & Responsibilities 🙌
- Starting from the company orientations and objectives, establish the best operating product tactics to enable our business strategy
- Amplify every initiative by continually seeking additional values for our users
- Lead our Buyer business unit roadmap and break it down into quarterly milestones and initiatives
- Identify ways to optimize buyers’ journeys to continuously improve our full-funnel CVR from Touchpoint to Home under offer
- Co-build the future of our marketplace model. Create the best value proposition for our buyers and partners and build interfaces and tools that will enable the best experience and retention
- Ensure our short-term delivery while building middle and long-term projection
- Define and track goals with clearly measurable KPIs
- Partner with the entire team to identify issues to solve and opportunities to tackle
- Implement best-in-class product development and management practices
- Communicate concisely and influence outcomes
Preferred Experience ✅
- 7+ years of product experience in e-commerce or global consumer product
- World-class product vision, strategy, planning, development, and execution
- Experience building and scaling global consumer products and experiences that people love
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated track record of taking an ambitious idea to reality
- Ability to evaluate technologies, articulate insights, iterate, and make recommendations
- Demonstrated track history of using data and insights to support product strategy
- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Being ambitious, performance-driven with a positive mindset is a requirement
- Interest in hospitality, real estate, or fintech is a plus
- Experience in building marketplace products is a plus
