We’re searching for a collaborative, driven Director of Sales Operations and Enablement to grow Zendrive’s sales capacity and maturity. Do you care deeply about working cross functionally to create sales processes, insights, and data integrity that push an exciting organization forward into an entirely new stage of development? Do you have experience establishing sales quote and deal desk processes? Collaborating with Marketing and Product to properly position an innovative offering? **Ideally, this position will be based out of Zendrive's San Francisco Headquarters, but we are flexible for the right person**

Your Impact at Zendrive

    • Build out sales quote, deal desk, and order to cash processes
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to develop the Sales Book and Pitch Decks
    • Offer insight into pricing models alongside Leadership and Finance
    • Set up and administer the sales compensation plan for a rapidly growing Sales, Services, and SDR teams
    • Drive the weekly forecast process and provide Board Reports for Sales and Marketing related activities

What You Can Contribute to Zendrive

    • 10+ years in Sales, Sales Operations, and/or Sales Enablement in addition to Finance experience
    • Experience at a large company selling a complex solution
    • Comfort with a SaaS solution
    • Familiarity with MEDDIC or TAS Methodologies
    • Enthusiasm for problem solving and comfort with ambiguity
