👋 Hi, I’m Simon, Chief Product & Technology Officer at Zen Educate. We’re out to fix the broken world of education staffing, something that eats up billions every year and still leaves schools understaffed and teachers over-stretched.

Great Product Marketing is the missing link between “powerful features” and “real adopted value.” If you can craft positioning that makes heads nod, messaging that makes people understand, and packaging that makes value clear, let’s talk.

What you’ll focus on & why it matters

- Packaging: shaping how we bundle and price software capabilities to accelerate school onboarding.

- Sales enablement: arm Sales and Customer Success with deck-ready stories, objection-handlers and launch kits.

- Launch readiness: partner with Product Managers to roll out new features for maximum adoption and clear success metrics.

- Initially, there is a real need for this on our school-facing software offering; but over time you’ll expand to the educator side of the marketplace.

Success in this role looks like

- A steady uptick in school platform adoption and active usage.

- Clear, differentiated messaging adopted across web, email, demo decks and sales calls.

- Sales and CS teams working with more new and existing schools using our software because the story sells itself.

You’ll thrive here if you…

- Understand the problems customers face: This role is in the Product team for a reason. User first understanding is key

- Create content that converts: story-driven media, designs and copy. The channel shouldn’t matter, the message and presentation should

- Dig into data: analytics tooling & dashboards won’t faze you

- Work best with others: PMs for roadmaps, Growth for campaigns, Sales for feedback loops.

Nice-to-haves: education-tech or marketplace experience, prior work on US go-to-market.

How we work

Outcome-first: we’re chasing adoption and learning, not asset counts or vanity metrics.

Agile, fast iterations: small, incremental and frequent launches, tight feedback, repeat.

long hours are a signal something’s broken, not a badge of honour.

Real talk:  we share wins, misses and messy middles openly; you will too.
