CRM Marketing Manager
Location: London (Oval), United Kingdom
Type: Full-time
Salary: £50,000- £57,500

Our Mission:
Zen is revolutionising education. Schools spend over £2bn a year on agency staff, and £600m of that goes straight into the pockets of recruitment agencies. That’s why we’ve built an alternative.

Our online platform gives schools instant access to compliance management tools, professional training, and hundreds of profiles of fully vetted teachers and support staff. Since launching in 2017, we’ve saved schools over £30m – money that goes straight back into school budgets and increases teachers’ pay.

We have recently raised our Series B funding of $37mil, the largest round in European EdTech this year. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and be part of a high-growth start-up that is expanding rapidly in the UK and US markets!

What you would be doing
- Own the CRM and lifecycle strategy, including user segmentation and optimising user journey
- Own key marketing channels including CRM and in-app messaging for both sides of the marketplace (schools and supply teachers)
- Responsible for planning and roadmap of the end-to-end CRM lifecycle including segmentation of customers
- Monitor performance data for marketing mails and work closely with product on automated product emails
- Setup and run A/B tests to identify new ideas and improvements in our messaging campaigns and landing pages
- Ensure all our CRM systems are up-to-date, support integration of new triggers and closely monitor our deliverability (monitor performance relative to bounces, junk filtering etc).
- Measure and report on the impact on CRM metrics and campaign reporting. Use data to inform future campaign planning.
