We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager to join our growing Corporate Reputation team to assist on various globally recognised brands.

In short, it’s you who is accountable to get the job done. You need to be the cog at the centre of the whole account. You need to know what needs to be done, who’s doing it, when and what targets you need to achieve. There should be nothing going on with the account you don’t know about. You need to oversee the results of the team and spot possible danger points on the account. Clients should be happy to come to you as the first port of call and take advice. You need to know how to deal with problems or issues clients raise. You need to keep your Account Director up-to-speed and demonstrate the fact that you’re managing everything well. Feel free to manage up and down!

You will be expected to demonstrate planning; creative thinking, impeccable media skills and knowledge, strategic thinking skills, as well as a proven ability to manage accounts and account teams.

Candidates will need to be great communicators, have blossoming media relations experience and be passionate about supporting brands to boost their corporate reputation. We want people that are excited about brand storytelling and understand how different audiences react. We are always keen to hear from people with different backgrounds but brilliant aptitude for problem solving and the world of brand and communications. Ideally, you will have worked in an agency environment with a sound understanding of agency processes and people management.

Other requirements are: 

~ Client experience and knowledge that includes a mix of sector experience including:  FMCG (ideally food and drink), sustainability, financial services, tech and issues & crisis execution 

~ Able to manage large and busy teams and with an interest in people development 

~ Able to approve content that is of a high quality for our clients 

~ Confidence in providing fast advice and counsel to clients at all levels 

~ Able to produce tip top written plans and materials
