About The Role:

Zeno Group is seeking an Account Executive to join our rapidly growing dynamic ZDX Health team. Zeno’s global healthcare team works with long-established Fortune 500 companies as well as innovative start-ups and health providers, health systems and organizations. 

Our Digital work incorporates the full range of integrated media solutions including social media marketing, digital creator engagement, content creation & community management, and experiential activations – even fostering internal alignment and sales force adoption of game-changing business strategies. We are utilizing the latest technologies such as voice interaction, augmented reality, and data-driven platforms to create memorable programs that educate and engage audiences.

You will succeed at Zeno if you are fearless, resourceful, tenacious, understand traditional and non-traditional PR tactics and the media landscape, and drive great results for clients while building great relationships with your clients and your team.

Responsibilities

    • Attend meetings, troubleshoot problems, draft recaps.
    • Build strong relationships with client and vendor contacts & proactively manage correspondence.
    • Demonstrate familiarity of regulatory processes and landscapes.
    • Demonstrate understanding of healthcare terminology.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete them on time and on budget.
    • Media relations, tracking, reporting and social media monitoring.
    • Report to all members of the team and work with multiple people simultaneously.
    • Maintain social processes, quality control standards, briefing, copywriting, reporting, etc.
    • Support digital and social initiatives on behalf of healthcare brands.
    • Write, edit, and proofread materials ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles.
    • Assist in clients’ online analytic, research and reporting needs using a variety of platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
    • Assist in developing regular, comprehensive reports capturing all the above for clients on a regular basis.
    • Establish and build online relationships with key creators (i.e. blogger relations) through proactive online strategies and execution.
    • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure synergy and collaboration to maximize online and offline integration and results.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in public relations or related communications field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in social brand management and content creation.
    • Exhibit an endless curiosity to explore and discover what's new and next in social, digital, and mobile.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Possess a collaborative spirit and thrive in a close team environment.
    • Excellent writing skills, experience crafting pitches, releases, contributed articles.
    • Previous internship experience in PR; agency experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical clients preferred.
    • Read, subscribe to, fan, and follow leading social media news sources. 
    • Understand all basic public relations tools and how they affect the client, particularly in the digital space.
    • Understand the constantly evolving world of social media engagement.
