ABOUT THE JOB:

Fearless? Expert problem solver? Data-minded? Love to collaborate and WIN? This role is for you. We’re looking for a Vice President, Consumer Influencer to join our growing California team. This role will sit in a fast-paced, high-energy setting based in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will help drive digital accounts and influencer engagement, paid social and measurement.

RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Build and manage client relationships.
    • Deliver clear POVs on digital trends and mining strategic work and data for consumer.
    • Help to lead multiple influencer campaigns, from one-off executions to long term, relationship-based programs.
    • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, influencers and trends.
    • Maintain strong relationships with influencers across a variety of lifestyle topics.
    • Present concepts and develop proposals.
    • Promote influencer posts via paid social; managing budgets and optimization.
    • Work with influencers to create engaging, authentic, branded content.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date. Candidates may request an accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable law.
    • 8+ years of digital/social marketing experience.
    • A budding master presenter.
    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Basic knowledge of paid social and optimization.
    • Collaborative spirit and thriving in a close team environment.
    • Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail, including drafting contracts, negotiating fees, collaborating with team members to execute, and following through.
    • Expert grasp of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Snapchat.
    • Fierce problem solver.
    • Organization, managing time effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously and a results-driven mentality.
    • Seamlessly able to work closely with planning and creative internal teams to drive business outcomes.
    • Strong client management skills with the ability to understand business needs and contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans.
    • Strong understanding of Influencer Marketing by topic area and social media platform including contracting, content development and measurement.
$95,000 - $156,000 a year
Pay range: $95,000 to $156,000/year USD.
 
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
