About The Role:
Zeno Group is seeking a Motion Graphics/Animator specializing in motion design to join our Creative Studio team and develop compelling video for a diverse portfolio of corporate and consumer brands. In this role, you will be responsible forthe storytelling and visual development of campaigns for a mix of the best clients in the world.
You don’t have to come from Marketing or Public Relations to join our team. We love people who bring experiences from everywhere. What You'll Do
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce polished motion graphic content tailored for social media and digital campaigns.
- Edit and refine video content effectively, handling projects from rough cuts through final delivery.
- Develop reusable animation templates and toolkits to enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with producers, designers, art directors, project managers, and copywriters to deliver strategically aligned content.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand and technical specifications, optimized for intended platforms.
- Provide basic audio editing and clean-up
Responsibilities
- Ability to stay calm under the pressure of deadlines that can (and will) happen.
- Bravery to shout out even your strangest idea in group brainstorms.
- Design in every channel: websites, social media channels, magazines, electronic media, and packaging.
- Ideate solutions for marketing challenges from clients in every industry.
- Juggle multiple projects ranging from existing client work to new business pursuits.
- Partner with all disciplines in the office including strategy, research, tech, data.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio of visual design, digital media preferred.
- Advanced in Adobe After Effects.
- Advanced in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Advanced in Adobe Photoshop.
- Advanced in Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D or other comparable 3D applications a plus.
- Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Midjouney, Runway.ai a double plus
- Understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices
- Ability to work with non-designers to effectively translate client objectives into creative vision.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a time sensitive, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or related discipline from an accredited college or university preferred but not necessary with a great portfolio.
$85,000 - $115,000 a year
Pay range: $85,000 to $115,000 USD
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
