Responsibilities
- External – Client Servicing:
- Solid understanding on the basics of interactive marketing
- Handle general account service and team administration
- Participate in client meetings/conference calls
- Proofread written work and online content
- Prepare and review activity and status report for client
- Develop understanding of client’s internal organization, business and sector
- Work with team on client strategies
- Assist with content plans
- Plan and develop content for social media platforms
- Keep account team abreast of timeline and deadlines
