ABOUT THE ROLE:

Zeno Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support clients with employee engagement, internal communications and current communication technology. The Account Executive will work with some of the world's most renowned brands to deliver integrated communications focused on the employee experience. 
 
In this role, you will have responsibility for a variety of activities, including project management program development, distributing communications via various channels and continuing to build Zeno’s growing Employee Engagement offering. Also, you will serve as a critical member of the account team for a significant client that will include, but not be limited to, distribution of critical communications to internal stakeholders, project management, and data analysis. 
 
Candidates applying for this role should be skilled at communications technology platforms, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of and aptitude for employee engagement. The candidate must also be willing to speak up, learn, collaborate and contribute effectively.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work collaboratively with account leadership on communications plans for how the client’s channels can best support the plans.
    • Demonstrate proficiency and serve as an expert in publishing on all of the clients’ channels.
    • Participate in routine training to apply new capabilities for ongoing publishing acumen.
    • Partner with the client to consult on how to best leverage channels to communicate with key audiences.
    • Contribute to and adjust critical information in the Project Management tool and Editorial Calendar in partnership with account leadership and the client for timely and accurate delivery of internal communications.
    • Partner with critical internal client stakeholders for ongoing solutioning and best-in-class service.
    • Provide distribution support during AfterHours occasions as part of a rotating coverage schedule.
    • Conduct channel analysis and ongoing audience research for continuous improvement.
    • Provide engagement insights and recommendations for optimizations to inform communications strategy and the editorial calendar.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof or vaccination before start date. Candidates may request an accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable law.
    • You will succeed at Zeno if you are fearless, resourceful, tenacious, have an understanding of traditional and non-traditional communications tactics and drive great results for your clients and your team. 
    • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to identify/escalate competing priorities when appropriate.
    • Communications is your passion and you have at least 2 years of professional experience; some agency experience strongly preferred.  
    • You have experience working directly with clients and actively participating in client meetings; you have professional presence.
    • Energy is your middle name, you show initiative, and you operate effectively both independently and within a team.
    • You are comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • You are results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against tight deadlines.
    • You are committed to learning about communications and employee engagement trends.
    • You are a willing collaborator and contributor; quick on your feet; excited to learn; not afraid to ask questions or make suggestions/recommendations. 
$42,000 - $63,000 a year
Pay range: $42,000 - $63,000/year USD.
 
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
