ABOUT THE ROLE:

Zeno Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support clients with employee engagement, internal communications and account management assignments. The Account Executive will work with some of the world's most renowned brands to deliver integrated communications focused on the employee experience. 
 
In this role, you will have responsibility for a variety of activities, including writing, project management and distributing communications via various channels and continuing to build Zeno’s growing Employee Engagement offering. Also, you will provide dedicated account support for a significant client that will include, but not be limited to, team member onboarding/offboarding, meeting scheduling and organization, drafting and distributing team-wide announcements, project management with budgetary responsibilities, updates and more. 

Candidates applying for this role should be skilled at writing/editing and project management, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of and aptitude for internal communications tools/channels and employee engagement. The candidate must also be willing to speak up, learn, collaborate and contribute effectively.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide account support for the overall Zeno Content Strategy and Content Distribution team through a strong partnership with the Project Manager (PM.) 
    • Work with PM and Zeno leaders on budget management, including reviewing real-time hours across the entire team, following up to request additional detail as needed, preparing the initial report for review and further assessment by the PM​.
    • Assist in onboarding new Zeno team members and tap relevant parties for access issues; will also manage the offboarding process​.
    • Manage administrative tasks such as owning the credentialing process for technology access, scheduling meetings, drafting and distributing team-wide announcements, updates, and more.
    • Support writing and channel distribution needs as necessary.
    • Manage Zeno client SharePoint, ensure Ways of Working resource guide and other documentation is kept up to date.
    • Responsible for awareness and access to new/revised client templates.
    • Work with Zeno leaders to staff After-Hours rotation and PTO calendar process.
    • Support Zeno all-team meetings and training sessions.
    • Act as additional back-up distributor to assist during high volume times or support if teammates are on PTO or sick leave.
    • Take on additional account support activities as assigned by the PM. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof or vaccination before start date. Candidates may request an accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable law.
    • You will succeed at Zeno if you are fearless, resourceful, tenacious, have an understanding of traditional and non-traditional communications tactics and drive great results for your clients and your team. 
    • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to identify/escalate competing priorities when appropriate.  
    • Communications is your passion and you have at least 2 years of professional experience; some agency experience strongly preferred.  
    • You have experience working directly with clients and actively participating in client meetings; you have professional presence.  
    • Energy is your middle name, you show initiative, and you operate effectively both independently and within a team. 
    • You are comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 
    • You are a strong writer. 
    • You are results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against tight deadlines. 
    • You are committed to learning about communications and employee engagement trends. 
    • You are a willing collaborator and contributor; quick on your feet; excited to learn; not afraid to ask questions or make suggestions/recommendations.
$42,000 - $63,000 a year
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
