ABOUT THE JOB
Zeno Group is searching for an Account Supervisor to support health clients. You’ll collaborate within the team, provide sound strategic counsel to clients, inclusive of traditional and emerging public relations tactics. You’ll develop a comprehensive understanding of your clients – their business, products, markets, and industry influencers; and will convey this knowledge credibly to members of your account team and to the media, driving media relations results. In addition to supporting existing clients and growing their business organically, you’ll also have the opportunity to develop and participate in new business presentations. You’ll also be responsible for the management and development of junior team members assigned to your accounts.
About You:
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date. Candidates may request an accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable law
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5-6 years of experience in healthcare PR, with agency experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent writing skills, demonstrated experience crafting media strategy plans, newsworthy pitches, releases, and contributed articles.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting health clients.
- Proven success in building relationships with members of the media, and driving results for clients.
- Strong presentation skills, experience supporting & driving brand planning, as well as experience providing sound strategic counsel to clients and actively participating in client meetings.
- Collaborative spirit, results-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines.
- Demonstrates the ability to think strategically, creatively and holistically about client programs, fearless in presenting a point of view in brainstorms, internal & client meetings.
- Proficient in PowerPoint.
- Proven leadership experience, mentoring and developing junior talent.
$65,000 - $94,000 a year
Pay range: $65,000 to $94,000 USD
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
