About The Role:

Zeno Chicago is looking for an ambitious digital specialist to join our growing Digital team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of both social content, creator (influencer) and paid social experience, including working on top brands. This person will be responsible for helping drive the day-to-day execution of client programming and ensure the team stays on-track with performance.

As an Account Executive, Digital, you’ll be responsible for creator (influencer) identification, vetting and outreach/engagement, including leveraging proprietary tools to evaluate audiences, content quality and average content performance. You will also lead contract negotiations and execution, helping work as a partner to creators to ensure content meets client expectations and authentically tells brand stories. The AE, Digital should be able to understand and synthesize performance data into actionable insights.

This role will also contribute to our Global ZDX Social Media, Content and Community Center of Excellence and support the team to conduct audits, develop creative content ideas, strategies and should have a strong knowledge of best practices for brands across organic and paid on key social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube and LinkedIn. This candidate should have at minimum a foundational understanding of paid social media and be interested/willing to grow in this space. Because of this, we are also looking for a candidate who is analytically minded and likes getting in the weeds on performance data to uncover trends and learnings.

Qualifications:

    • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date. Candidates may request accommodation due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief or an exception required under applicable law.
    • 2-4 years of experience in a digital, social and/or influencer role.
    • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, PR, marketing, or another related field.
    • Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
    • Excellent time management skills and highly organized, with experience working simultaneously on multiple clients.
    • Experience in creating social media content, whether ideation or production.
    • Experience with creator engagement across paid and/or earned.
    • Experience playing a key role in measurement efforts for a social, digital or influencer program, including calculating benchmarks, engagement rates and synthesizing data to demonstrate impact.
    • Some experience with amplifying social media and/or creator content using paid on Facebook, Instagram or X (Twitter), using either basic targeting or data-driven tactics (e.g. retargeting, lookalikes, etc.)

Preferences:

    • Experience with B2B/corporate marketing.
    • Experience with paid publisher partnerships/integrations.
    • Experience with paid social or creator campaigns that drive ecommerce.
    • Previous agency experience.
    • Experience with top consumer brands.
    • Proficiency in Tagger or similar creator marketing platforms.
$50,000 - $68,000 a year
Pay range: $50,000 to $68,000/year USD.
 
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
