About The Role: 
 
The Creative Director, Art will lead the development of integrated campaigns from both a conceptual and stylistic perspective for major consumer brand clients across food/drink, technology, retail, and travel/hospitality.

Responsibilities

    • Create fully integrated campaign ideas that work across all channels i.e. website, social media, video and interactive. 
    • Develop conceptual and stylistic direction and execute the same for a wide variety of communications projects. 
    • Develop fresh thinking and innovative creative solutions. 
    • Develop tactics which bring creative concepts to life and achieve program objectives. 
    • Drive external new business development efforts for design services and develop new business with existing internal clients (cross-selling other capabilities, practices, and geographical regions.) 
    • Lead and participate in creative brainstorms. 
    • Manage multiple jobs simultaneously. 
    • Manage the creative process, interface with clients and mentor junior team members to concept and create large scale brand activations and social campaigns. 
    • Prepare and present client creative presentations. 
    • Work closely with strategic planning and account teams to lead to creative campaign development. 
    • Work effectively with external vendors and colleagues to complete projects within timeframe and budget. 

Qualifications

    • 10 -12 years creative experience. 
    • Ability to craft and deliver presentations that sell ideas and expand client relationships. 
    • Ability to lead a team of art directors, copywriters, and designers while also effectively. collaborating with other internal and external teams. 
    • Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Credible record of winning new campaigns/clients across industries. 
    • Experience developing integrated campaign for the US market, with global experience a plus. 
    • Experience in strategic concept development and in leading design from concept to completion. 
    • Experience working closely with designers, agency creative planners, and account teams to create design concepts.  
$99,000 - $180,000 a year
Pay range: $99,000 to $180,000 USD
 
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
