ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Senior Account Supervisor with a strong background in client management and overall B2B and corporate communications to join our team! In this role, you will be working on programs involving reputation management, executive leadership and positioning, internal communications, crisis communications, and business media relations. You must think, do, and manage. We’re looking for a master of the craft, an excellent people leader, client quarterback and counselor and someone who will roll up their sleeves, listen carefully to the clients and stay close to the work, ensuring quality and successful delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead day to day client work to ensure delivery for today and readiness for tomorrow.
    • Develop media relations strategy and conduct outreach for programs/projects.
    • Execute national business media relations strategy for programs/projects.
    • Identify new growth opportunities based on insights into the company, client, industry, and economy.
    • Lead the client service function for program planning, problem solving and strategic counsel.
    • Maintain financial responsibility for accounts including forecasting and account profitability.
    • Provide strategic counsel and guidance to clients, as well as to colleagues in the Zeno network, to ensure success.
    • Secure, maintain and grow the business.
    • Understand key client industry issues relating to products, product categories, technologies, primary and potential competition, and general issues facing the industry.
    • Understand key competitors and their business strategies.
    • Work across geographies and help shape direction and focus of practice.
$79,000 - $116,000 a year
Pay range: $79,000-116,000

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
