Zenput was founded in 2012 with offices in San Francisco, CA (our HQ), Atlanta, GA and Guadalajara, Mexico.   Top restaurant, retail, and other multi-unit operators like Dominos, Chipotle, KFC, Five Guys, and 7-Eleven use Zenput to elevate team execution across all of their locations. Today we have customers who are collectively overseeing 50,000 locations across 40+ countries using our cloud-based platform to make their operations more agile and their employees more productive.

As the Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play an essential role in building Zenput's technical teams in Mexico, with a focus on Guadalajara. Not only will you be helping to build an excellent team, but you'll also work closely with local team members to establish Zenput's company culture in Mexico.

Working closely with Product & Engineering leadership, you will help own the essential elements of recruiting, including sourcing & qualifying candidates, interviewing, reporting, and training. You will have an opportunity to make an enormous impact, helping to develop the essential elements of the talent acquisition process.

Our software stack leans heavily on JSON, HTML5 and Javascript. We extensively use Backbone in the frontend, connected to a Python/Django backend, with MySQL and Mongo for persistence.  Our iOS and Android apps are also fully written with HTML and Javascript to round out our end-to-end JSON based stack.

What You'll Do

    • Take the lead on sourcing and recruiting technical candidates for Product & Engineering roles across a variety of product teams; may also help to recruit for other departments when needed
    • Ensure candidates have an outstanding experience throughout the interview process regardless of outcome
    • Negotiate offers by partnering with the hiring team and senior management and ensure high close rate for your candidates
    • Track, understand and report on relevant metrics for your activity and pipeline sharing your progress with peers and hiring teams regularly and consistently
    • Contribute to improving recruitment at Zenput with feedback on candidates and the overall process

What We're Looking For

    • 6+ years of experience as a full­-cycle recruiter within a technical recruiting capacity
    • Someone who has worked closely with Product & Engineering teams
    • Understanding of technical terminology
    • Experience in a company experiencing high-growth or a startup
    • Well-­rounded and diverse experience in identification and engagement of top technical talent
    • Strong communication and analytical skills
    • High level of English language proficiency (CEFR B2 level or better)
    • Desire to grow and develop not only themselves, but the organization they're a part of
    • BA/BS degree
