We have raised significant funding from investors, including Sequoia Capital, with years of experience building and exiting multi-million dollar companies in the healthcare and tech space.  We believe in rigorous processes and high accountability towards ourselves to deliver the highest quality standard for our patients. Our goal is to become one of Asia's leading Smile Cosmetics brand. 

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to ensure our customers are well taken care of throughout their Zenyum clear aligners journey. This executive will resolve issues, answer enquiries, and providing information to cater to our customer needs.

We need someone who is organised, caring, but also works hard and loves to learn many aspects of running a startup through. Zenyum is a fast and challenging environment and you will be expected to go above and beyond to make sure the Taiwanese office runs even faster.

We will trust you to:

    • Think creatively about engaging customers in delightful and new ways
    • Have previously worked in Customer Service, especially After Sales 售後服務, in a professional capacity (1-2 years); experience in the medical/dental industry is a plus!
    • Be a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, convincing them of Zenyum’s innovative approach
    • Be able to work with systems and software such as CRMs, NPS, Google Suites, or Office products
    • Work with our clinical partners to address their concerns with the after sales process
    • Plan, execute, and organize tasks effectively
    • Have attention to detail and processes
    • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese, and English (professional capacity)
