Responsibilities:

    • You will be responsible for the development of sales controlling at zeotap
    • You will steer and manage the CRM-System globally
    • You take care of our internal controlling processes: running the monthly sales forecasting process, interpretation of sales numbers and triggering of counter measures
    • You work closely together with the different regional sales teams, the Berlin headquarter (especially Finance and Operations)
    • You develop our sales/KPI dashboard to create transparency on deal sales & progress/success and a holistic sales performance view
    • You take over responsibility for internal communication with markets and sales regions to secure a holistically and precise reporting and forecasting
    • You are actively involved in the advancement of the processes and systems and take care of their daily support
    • You adhere to zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures. You complete all the awareness trainings assigned on time

Requirements:

    • Experience in intense CRM analysis and usage, ideally Sales Cloud (Salesforce)
    • An affinity for numbers and a strong commercial mindset
    • Extremely data-driven and all your decisions are based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
    • Ambitious, proactive, service-oriented, hands-on personality
    • Strong verbal, written, presentation in English
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Solid understanding of reporting
    • Technical interest and passionate about data - you want to support the business to bring it to the next level
    • Ability to find creative solutions using a variety of tools for differing project requirements
    • Proven expertise of offering Salesforce consultancy (mainly the Sales Cloud) or ideally previous work experience at Salesforce
