- Your core responsibility is to lead zeotap’s global Sales Development Team from a functional point of view
- You mentor the team and ensure an efficient outbound lead development and prospecting of the enterprise sales pipeline
- You ensure an efficient onboarding and continuous training of the zeotap SDR team
- You communicate and document the SDR process to drive roadmap and program evolution and you create relationships internally to evolve the SDR function
- You take care of your own pipeline by initiating the contact through cold calling, email outbound et al and collaborate with our sales executives to ensure our company's targets are met
- You adhere to zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures. You complete all the awareness trainings assigned on time
- 1-2 years work experience in Sales Development or a similar role, preferably in an enterprise environment
- Incredible organisational and verbal communication skills, in particular, strong interpersonal, team-working and customer service skills
- Very process and detail-oriented
- SaaS experience is a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset / can do mentality
- Based on extreme ambition and drive, it is a no-brainer for you to act pro-actively and independently
- You are a big fan of high-speed execution and understand that getting your hands dirty is the absolute minimum
- You are able to very quickly adapt to changing circumstances
- You love data and believe in the positive impact it can have across industries for Social Betterment
