The Role

·       You will be the global lead for ID+ adoption across publishers (zeotap’s universal ID solution providing a long-term alternative for the 3rd party cookie and mobile IDs) and help solving one of the biggest challenges of the digital marketing ecosystem today
·       You create the strategy for publisher partners in diverse geographies and lead your teams to drive the engagement process from initial contact to commercial go-live of the ID+ integration
 
·       Your team will identify and build sustainable partnerships with leading Publishers in their assigned geography around ID+ and build trust to transform them into strategic data partnerships and clients of the zeotap technology stack
·       You lead your team by example on how to manage and orchestrate the entire complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of our solution
·       You identify motivational drivers / “compelling reasons to act” across all partners’ relevant hierarchy levels and work with key decision makers and influencers
·       You will work and partner with both, slowly moving corporates and agile smaller companies across industries (News Publishers, Digital-first Publishers, eCommerce, CPG, Fintech, Travel, etc.)
·       You and your team will manage the ID+ initiative beyond the sales engagement and coordinate cross-functional projects together with our marketing, product and technology teams impacting our strategic positioning and execution towards publishers
·       You drive the creation of PR content through successful reference cases with reputable brands having decided for ID+ in the assigned geography
·       You represent zeotap as speaker at relevant conferences
·       You adhere to zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures. You complete all the awareness trainings assigned on time


Role requirements
 
At least 15+ years of field sales experience, selling digital marketing, Identity and data solutions to every level of a publisher organization. Intimate knowledge of the post-cookie identity ecosystem and involved technology components is required.
Publisher sales leadership experience of at least 5 years, leading international / global Publisher Sales teams.
