Zeotap is expanding its SAAS product suites branded as Customer Intelligence Platform consisting of an integrated product suite for Customer data collection, ID resolution, Predictive Analytics, Audience management and Activation. 
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about helping our enterprise customers and business teams across the globe, enjoy resolving problems, identifying root causes of issues, and thrive in a team environment. The incoming person would be responsible for end-to-end ticket resolution and communication with the customers and other stakeholders within the SLA, escalations to the internal teams based on SOPs, creation of internal knowledge based articles and perform engineering support activities as and when required.

Responsibilities

    • You will lead product strategy and execution for Zeotap's core portfolio of data services, focusing on identity resolution, data enrichment, and activation solutions within the global marketing and advertising ecosystem.
    • You will drive Product Lifecycle own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market research and ideation through product specification, development, launch, iteration, and ongoing optimization to achieve significant market impact.
    • You will champion Cross-Functional Collaboration partner deeply with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success teams globally to ensure seamless integration of data services across Zeotap's platform and alignment with overall business objectives.
    • You will innovate with Data & Technology drive innovation in identity resolution methodologies, data quality enhancements, and the application of emerging technologies (including AI/ML) to create differentiated and high-performing data services.
    • You will scale for Global Impact build and scale robust, privacy-compliant, and globally applicable data services that empower leading brands and agencies to achieve superior customer understanding, targeted advertising, and measurable business outcomes.
    • You adhere to Zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures. 
    • You complete all the awareness trainings assigned on time 

Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the data services, MarTech, or AdTech space.
    • Extensive and demonstrable experience in the data ecosystem, with a strong understanding of identity resolution, data onboarding, data enrichment, and audience activation.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a quantitative field, or a relevant area is required; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is highly preferred.
    • Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, cloud-based data architectures (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure), and data governance principles. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in data services is a significant plus.
    • Prior expertise in digital advertising, marketing technology platforms (DMPs, CDPs, DSPs, SSPs), or customer data management is highly valued.
    • Exceptional ability to analyze complex data landscapes, identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and translate these insights into compelling product strategies and roadmaps.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • A proactive and results-oriented product leader with a strong sense of ownership, excellent problem-solving skills using first principles, and a proven track record of collaborating effectively across diverse teams to drive alignment and achieve impactful outcomes.
