OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
ZeroFox seeks a proactive, results-driven individual skilled in identifying new business opportunities with key decision-makers (CISO, CIO, CSO) and cultivating relationships with resellers.  As our Regional Sales Director, you'll play a critical role in acquiring new logos from F1000 organizations and surpassing revenue targets.  This position requires someone adept at acquiring new clients and developing strategic partnerships, prioritizing customer satisfaction, being prepared for frequent travel, and having a proven track record in complex cybersecurity sales.  If you're ready to drive significant growth in the Southwest region, we want to hear from you.

Role and responsibilities

    • Business Development: Actively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities within the designated region to achieve revenue targets.
    • Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key prospects, customers, and partners, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
    • Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline within the region, including accurately forecasting sales, prioritizing opportunities, and advancing deals through the sales process.
    • Strategic Planning: Developing and executing strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing accounts, and maximize revenue growth within the region.
    • Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and deliver exceptional customer value.

Required qualifications and skills

    • Proven track record of successful B2B security sales within the Fortune 1000 segment over a minimum of 5-7+ years, including closing high-value deals and exceeding quotas.
    • Commitment to professionalism and integrity in executing a structured selling system that delivers a frictionless buying experience.
    • Deep understanding of the security landscape, market trends, competitors, and challenges faced by Fortune 1000 companies.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, channel partners, and resellers.
    • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances.
    • Forecasting, achieving, and maintaining sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
    • Capacity to develop and execute tailored sales strategies to address client’s unique requirements.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value proposition effectively.
    • Proficiency in negotiation techniques to navigate complex sales cycles and secure favorable terms.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, including frequent field visits and customer meetings.
    • High level of self-motivation and initiative to meet sales quotas and seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and internal priorities.
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively to customer sites, partner locations, and industry events.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.

    • Experience with Sales Execution tools, Revenue, and Conversational Intelligence tools.
    • Strong Salesforce and Google Workspace acumen.

Other Information

    • This position will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales
    • This position may entail up to 25-50% travel
    • This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed.
