OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
ZeroFox seeks an Outbound Marketing Manager with a proven track record of building and executing demand campaign strategies in a B2B environment. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this person will conceptualize and execute on multi-channel prospect campaigns for ZeroFox. We’re looking for a creative, analytical marketer to lead outbound campaign efforts that will directly drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.

Role and responsibilities

    • Create, deploy, manage and monitor automated and scalable prospect campaigns. These global campaigns will include email nurtures, ABM initiatives, direct mail, and event follow ups.
    • Manage the promotional development and follow up process, including project management and copywriting, for B2B programmatic channels like webinars, tradeshows, hyper-targeted events and 1:1 sales emails. 
    • Report on the outcomes of marketing campaigns to key executive stakeholders, including CRO, CMO, VP Marketing and Director of Demand Generation.
    • Lead SDR enablement efforts for key campaigns, ensuring SDRs are well equipped and motivated to execute.
    • Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, brand, field and creative teams to execute effective, unique campaigns. 
    • Work with cross-functional groups including (but not limited to) sales development, marketing, product and strategy teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and support revenue goals for the business. 
    • Create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, direct mailers and reports to support lead acquisition and engagement marketing programs.
    • Execute, track and report on campaigns leveraging a comprehensive martech stack such as Marketo, Salesforce.com, 6Sense, Outreach, and much more. 

Required qualifications and skills

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience
    • Technology B2B Marketing, typically obtained in 4+ years
    • Experience with MAP and CRMs (Marketo and SFDC a plus), ideally for 2+ years 
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects at once
    • Effective and able to manage cross-team collaborations
    • Strong and proficient in communications, with confidence in writing
    • Ability to identify opportunities through data and strategically take action
    • Thorough understanding of integrated marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing)
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive mindset

Desired qualifications and skills

    • Background managing cybersecurity demand campaigns specifically 
    • History in effectively managing webinar and email strategies

    • This role is based out of our office in Baltimore, MD (hybrid)
    • This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed.
