IDX, a ZeroFox company, has an immediate opening for a Project Support Specialist to join our Data Breach Response Team! In this role, you will support Data Breach Response Project Managers on breach response services. You will perform administrative duties as part of breach response project implementations, assisting with a variety of tasks to provide call center, mailing, and website services to corporate customers responding to a data breach incident. 

As a Project Support Specialist, you will be responsible for customer communications, escalation management, and reporting on projects. You serve as a key part of the project management team’s successful delivery of breach services. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong multi-tasking and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success.

Role and responsibilities

    • Support Project & Account Management team as duties are assigned
    • Consistently look for ways to improve and streamline processes and systems
    • Reporting – customer & Internal
    • Escalation Management
    • Agent call reviews and tracking
    • File Transfers
    • Data processing
    • Breach Deliverable Template set up
    • Salesforce entries and FAQ loads
    • Policy and Procedure Documentation
    • System support to Project & Account Managers
    • General Administrative Duties
    • Mail room processing and undeliverable mail tracking
    • Assist with Account Management duties when needed

Required qualifications and skills

    • Experience working in a customer-based services environment, typically obtained in 2+ years
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • High attention to detail and efficiency in handling administrative duties
    • Team player
    • Ethics, integrity and honesty
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Self-organization
    • Previous experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment
    • Ability to track and report on project status
    • Ability to work on and track multiple projects at once
    • Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially  Excel 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
