OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
As a Platform Data Manager at ZeroFox, you will join the Technology Operations team, a group of highly skilled individuals working to protect enterprise-level commercial customers from digital risk. This role focuses on managing the Platform Data team, which is responsible for finding real-time information that will impact our customers. 

Role and responsibilities

    • Manage daily operations and team deliverables 
    • Handle customer escalations and adjust process and workflow accordingly
    • Manage performance, hiring and capacity of the team
    • Determine best methods of finding customer-related risks across the internet
    • Manage quality of deliverables, drive productivity and conduct performance discussions
    • Manage customer escalations, implement measure to prevent repetitions
    • Train and mentor leads and team members
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and create necessary process SOPs
    • Collaborate with teams across the organization globally
    • Work with tech teams to implement automation strategies

Required qualifications and skills

    • Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in technical discipline (e.g. engineering) or equivalent experience
    • Experience in Security operations or information security or Vulnerability management or Security assessment, typically obtained in 7-9 yrs
    • Understanding of network and host security concepts
    • Extreme attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Knowledge of major social media networks (knowledge of emerging networks a big plus) and digital threat landscape
    • Knowledge and familiarity with cyber threats
    • Solid interpersonal and social skills and great people skills
    • Demonstrated history of producing superior work while meeting aggressive deadlines
    • Comfort leading and working within a quickly growing team
    • Ability to quickly adapt and recommend solutions proactively
    • Spoken and written fluency in the English language
    • Excellent research and writing skills (a writing sample will be requested as part of the interview process)

Desired qualifications and skills

    • Experience with other SaaS, cyber security, or social media products or services
    • Knowledge of emerging social networks
    • Experience in Customer Success
