About the Role
Zero Homes is hiring an Installation Coordinator for our HQ location in Denver. As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for core customer work-streams throughout our core operations functions and will touch nearly every part of our business. Your Impact
- Manage the day to day coordination of electrification projects from contract through install completion
- Interface directly with customers, subcontractors and vendors and own day-to-day management of our support lines
- Track and maintain project documentation, including permits and inspections, job close out, and quality documentation
- Support key business operations projects and partnerships
- Overall, help each team at Zero to be more efficient and effective while contributing to our ambitious mission
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in field project management, installation operations, customer service, or a related role as an expert generalist
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities, ability to interface with customers
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite Familiarity with Heat Pumps or other renewable energy products and services
- You live within 50 miles of Denver, CO (or are willing to relocate with assistance).
$65,000 - $85,000 a year
$65,000 - $85,000 per year annual salary + Meaningful Equity and Performance Bonus
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. This role also includes meaningful equity compensation so successful candidates can participate in our company's accelerating growth.
