About the Role
As a video production Intern in the Information Development team, you will work closely with the Product Management and Learning & Development teams to create high-impact visual content. Your work will support internal learning modules and deep tech customer-facing product explainers through videos, illustrations, screencasts, and animations.
You’ll be guided by a dedicated mentor who will help you gain hands-on experience and provide professional feedback throughout the internship. You'll also have regular check-ins with team leads and senior managers to track progress and receive support.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and information developers to understand complex concepts and translate them to visual content.
- Create and edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
- Design and develop illustrations, animated GIFs and videos, screencasts, and other graphic content that align with our branding guidelines.
- Support transcription, voiceover, and video recording when required.
- Assist in maintaining a visual asset library for consistency and reuse.
Skills
- Individuals with a passion for visual storytelling and a basic understanding of banking and tech products
- Proficiency (or strong interest in) videography and video editing tools
- Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a collaborative problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with agile methodology is a plus
Experience and Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore
