About the role:
This individual will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with various interview co-ordination and sourcing tasks for different open roles at Zeta.

Responsibilities

    • Handling TA operations for the recruitment team, which includes maintaining candidate pipeline trackers, coordinating and scheduling of interviews, initiating background checks, and creation of Offer Letters.
    • Possessing an eye for detail and the ability to coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure their weekly availability for meetings and/or interviews.
    • Coordinating with different Stakeholders for interview availability, Corp HR, Payroll, IT, and the Facilities team to ensure a quality and WOW onboarding experience!
    • Assisting our team of seasoned recruiters by scheduling and coordinating phone, onsite, and Zoom interviews.
    • Ability to scout social media platforms to research candidates and map them proficiently.
    • Maintaining the candidate database, generating reports, and providing data cuts from time to time along with process recommendations to achieve operational excellence.

Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS office tools
    • Attention to detail
    • Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience and Qualifications:

    • Any graduate BE/B.Tech/BBA/MBA etc.. 
    • Have relevant skills and interests in recruitment and operations.
    • Prior knowledge of using Jira or Lever would be a plus. 
    • Aspire to become full-fledged recruiters in the future.
