What is the Job like?
- Central POC for Zeta’s various Product Implementations, Delivery and technology partners for end-to-end project implementation, UAT and subsequent Production related issues
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time
- Plan, develop and execute schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with project sponsor and project stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the project
- Regular communication and status to management team
- Monitor and manage priority for deliverables in a capacity based methodology
- Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work (requires extensive follow-up & coordination)
- Detailed project planning and control
- Managing project deliverables, project scope and change control in line with the project plan
- Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary
- Prioritizing project goals with other ongoing projects
Who should apply?
- 7-8 years of project management experience
- Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of planning and project delivery
- Very flexible and with a strong ability to see what needs to be done, take ownership and act on it without detailed supervision
- Must be from a technical background and have hands-on experience with any tech stacks (Java), Microservices, and design principles.
- Experience working with project management and prioritization tools
- Strong leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships
- Strong hands-on experience on any project management tools like JIRA/ Rally/ etc.
- Must possess strong oral and written communications skills and be effective in interpersonal communication
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple work streams at the same time
- Combines creativity, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle
- Rigorous - asks hard questions, validates assumptions, connects the dots
- Ability to drive change in a technical work environment
