What would you do here?
- You will be part of our Design System team, a creative powerhouse with a deep love for order and efficiency.
- Contribute to its evolution and shape our SaaS paradigms from component libraries to pattern documentation to accessibility guidelines
- .Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure our system is technically sound and delightful to use.
- Conduct user research, translate insights into actionable design decisions, and advocate for a system that prioritizes usability. By iterating quickly, learning from mistakes, and applying a dash of creative thinking, you'll tackle large-scale challenges and refine your approach continuously.
- Educate and empower other designers to leverage the system effectively and contribute to its growth.
- You will be part of building the foundation that unlocks incredible experiences for millions. You'll learn from the best and grow alongside your design heroes.
- You'll have the power to impact how we design and deliver products at Zeta.
What are we looking for?
- 1+ year of experience in B2C, B2B2C design, good visual design skills & love for modern SaaS.
- Portfolio showcasing strong interaction design skills and understanding of UX principles, experience building UI foundations, components, and patterns, and projects showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Ability to understand user needs, motivations and behaviours and translate them into design rationale and communicate them effectively.
- Strong grasp of visual basics and interaction design principles, meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Positive, collaborative attitude, fostering close partnerships with peers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, consistent deliverables throughout the design process.
- Solid self-driven work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
