The Role

    • We are looking for a highly passionate and resilient Release Train Engineer to drive the monthly releases of our Tachyon Credit platform.
    • This role demands active collaboration with multiple cross-cluster teams, both upstream and downstream.
    • The candidate should be self-motivated, love taking accountability, be metric-driven, believe in the servant leadership philosophy, and be ready to embrace their vulnerabilities.

What would you do here?

    • The desired candidate is expected to play the following roles and responsibilities:
    • Monthly & Quarterly Release Planning. Agile Execution in collaboration with Cross-Cluster teams.
    • Facilitating Daily/Weekly Cadences (e.g., Daily Scrum Stand-ups, Scrum of Scrums).Driving Defect Triage meetups both internally and externally with the client.
    • Active contribution to the Weekly Governance Meetings (Internal and External).Adherence & Reinforcement of the SDLC Processes.
    • Driving Release Retrospectives Meetups.
    • Proactively identifying and amplifying risks and enabling the decision makers in Risk Mitigation.

What are we looking for?

    • Bachelor in Engineering. At least 3+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of SAFe Agile principles; SaFe certification preferred.
    • Ability to challenge the teams and drive accountability.
    • Must understand the Software Engineering process.
    • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to communicate effectively, especially with stakeholders.
    • Experience pulling data and putting metrics into a JIRA dashboard.
    • Strong experience working on JIRA for epics, stories, issues, and task management.
    • Strong knowledge of managing product-build teams.
    • A talent for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, learning new skills and methodologies, and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lead decision-making through influence, with the ability to make sound decisions in the client's best interest as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Ability to work independently.
