The Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Onboarding Experience Coordinator to join our Home Onboarding team.

The Home Onboarding team transforms empty properties into stylish, functional, and warm Zeus homes. They manage the entire process - from the initial property inspection, to furniture staging, to collecting all of the homes’ details for our residents. 

The Onboarding Experience Coordinator is a critical relationship manager for the Onboarding team. They are responsible for kicking off the relationship between Zeus and Owners who are onboarding their homes with us. This team member introduces the owner to the Onboarding process, collects critical information about the property from them, manages the Initial Inspection process, and communicates the results of the inspection back to the homeowner. They will work with the owner on any repairs that need to be completed before handing the property off to an Onboarding Associate to project manage the remainder of the onboarding process.

What You'll Do:

    • Be the initial point of contact for the homeowner post-sales process. Introduce him or her to the Onboarding process and collect critical information about the property during the initial phone call
    • Direct Zeus employees and third party partners to conduct thorough home inspections to ensure each home is up to Zeus standards before the Onboarding process begins 
    • Review and summarize inspection findings for homeowners, setting expectation on any repairs that need to be made 
    • Be a warm and knowledgeable representative of Zeus to homeowners 
    • Collect feedback from owners and make process change recommendations to internal teams based on this feedback

What You Bring:

    • Relevant experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, real estate, etc.
    • An intuitive sense for prioritization and execution
    • Independent problem-solving skills and an ability to collaborate
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A knack for detail, efficiency, and organization
    • Startup experience / general enjoyment working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
    • Positivity, optimism, and empathy
    • Technological proficiency and past experience using CRM platforms, property management software, and Google Suite
