What You Will Do

    • Account Coordination (50%)
    • Take ownership of the owner relationship post sale; ensure overall owner happiness
    • Work closely with Home Logistics and Resident Experience teams to ensure a high-quality experience for our property owners
    • Handle all owner extensions and renewals which includes negotiating of terms/prices and successfully lengthening contracts
    • Communicate effectively with homeowners, vendors, and internal team members the status of fixes and properties to relay back to owner efficiently and concisely
    • Synthesize complex problems and communicate issues to our Resident, Product, and Home Logistics teams
    • From time to time, attend events with owners

    • Supply Partnerships (50%)
    • Support the Supply team with property pipeline management, including scheduling calls, responding to inquiries via email and phone
    • Help with contracts and other administrative tasks
    • Overall support of Supply team

Who You Are

    • Previous Sales, Executive Assistant or Communications experience preferred Experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to be a team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
    • Incredible organizational skills; superb attention to detail
    • Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat
    • Creative and process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
    • Ability to connect and interact with different types of people
