What you will do:

    • Business Partnership & Strategic Support
    • Partner closely with business leaders and managers to understand their people challenges and provide strategic HR guidance aligned with business objectives across North American and European teams
    • Provide consultative support on organizational development initiatives, performance management, and employee engagement strategies
    • Act as a trusted advisor to resolve employee relations issues and workplace conflicts

    • Talent Management & Development
    • Support managers in talent acquisition by partnering with recruiting team to ensure efficient hiring processes and quality candidate experience
    • Assist in developing and implementing talent development programs, career progression plans, and succession planning initiatives
    • Coach managers on performance management best practices, including goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans
    • Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the organization

    • Organizational Effectiveness & Process Support
    • Partner with leadership to analyze organizational needs and recommend solutions for improved efficiency and employee satisfaction
    • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistent application across teams
    • Assist in designing and executing change management initiatives during periods of growth and organizational evolution
    • Contribute to the development of scalable HR processes that support the company's rapid growth

    • Culture & Employee Experience
    • Champion Zilliz's core values and help integrate company culture across diverse, multinational teams
    • Support culture-building initiatives and employee engagement programs to strengthen team cohesion and retention
    • Gather employee feedback through various channels and work with leadership to address concerns and improve workplace experience
    • Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration within geographically distributed teams

What we are looking for:

    • Experience & Expertise
    • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on expertise in multiple HR functions (talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development)
    • Strong understanding of HR business operations and their impact on organizational success
    • Experience supporting teams through periods of growth and change in fast-paced environments

    • Organizational Background
    • Experience in both established organizations and high-growth environments, with ability to adapt to different organizational structures
    • Startup or scale-up company experience preferred, particularly in building HR processes and navigating ambiguous situations
    • Background in technology or SaaS companies is a plus, with understanding of global talent markets and remote work dynamics

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels

$160,000 - $200,000 a year
