Zimperium is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to drive scalable marketing processes, optimize the MarTech stack, and support data-driven decision-making across global marketing initiatives. This role is essential in aligning marketing, sales, and revenue operations to deliver impactful growth. You'll be responsible for overseeing marketing systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), performance reporting, campaign operations, lead management, and ensuring our marketing machine runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Systems & Automation
Manage and optimize Zimperium’s marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and integrations with Salesforce, Demandbase, and other tools.
Design and execute scalable processes that ensure best practices in account-based campaign management, segmentation, and attribution.
Oversee the marketing tech blueprint and make recommendations for improvements or new tools.
Educate the marketing team on best practices in campaign and marketing operations, including automation rules, campaign setup, lead and account scoring, etc.
Processes, Data, Reporting & Insights
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, and marketing ROI.
Partner with RevOps and Sales to ensure data accuracy, lead management, and lifecycle tracking.
Deliver actionable insights that inform strategy and drive optimization.
Campaign & Project Operations
Support campaign execution by building workflows, forms, and landing pages, and ensuring compliance with privacy and data policies.
Streamline campaign operations and improve time-to-launch across global teams.
Manage engagement scoring models and attribution frameworks to improve conversion and pipeline quality.
Marketing Budget Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
Support onboarding and enablement on marketing systems and processes.
Responsible for managing and maintaining the global marketing budget, partnering closely with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, strategic allocation of resources, and alignment with company goals

Qualifications:

5–8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic role.
Experience in account-based marketing and analytics
Hands-on, admin-level expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce (required); experience with tools like Demandbase, Qualified, and Salesloft is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and interpreting marketing performance data.
Proven ability to optimize marketing programs and operational workflows for scale.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or cybersecurity marketing a plus.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
