zingfit is in search of a Business Development Representative to join our team in the Boulder/Denver area. Our company builds and markets the leading scheduling and management platform for boutique fitness studios. As a fast-growing, dynamic organization, we’re looking for savvy talent.

As a Business Development Representative, you will generate new leads, follow up on qualified leads, and maintain you relationship with the customer through the sales process of the zingfit product, ensuring all customer needs are met.


Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and produce quality sales leads through sending high volume, yet thoughtful, outreach emails, high volume cold calls, quality follow-up activity, booking demos, and a targeted number of proposals sent out
Responsible for pre-call research, post-call CRM updates
Responsible for hitting target metrics including: outreach emails per day, calls made per day, follow-ups, demos, meetings scheduled, and proposals sent
Outbound activity should result in 12-15 bookings/month
Responsible for ensuring development of new business and achieve sales targets of 7-10 deals closed/month
Ability to cross-sell and up-sell 
Demonstrating zingfit software, products, and partner solutions to potential clients and assisting them in selecting the best solution(s) for their needs.
Consulting with prospective clients by addressing their questions and needs to identify the proper zingfit solution.
Establishes business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business.
Effectively manage pipeline as well as forecasting business on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota goals.
Comes with an understanding of business processes and workflows 
Strong understanding of internet-based technologies and systems 
Strong conflict management and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills 
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills


Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred 
3-5 years of sales experience, in a closing role at a SaaS company with a proven performance.
Demonstrated SaaS knowledge or Fit Tech knowledge is a plus
Good attention to detail, extremely organized
Passionate about fitness and health is a plus
Must be able to adapt to evolving department/role, able to take on new challenges
